Lincoln’s Reflection Pool & Washington, D.C

Abraham Lincoln’s view of the Reflection Pool in Washington, D.C.

The District of Columbia encompasses national monuments and U.S historic sites. My family and I took a road trip in April to explore the monuments and historic sites in the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. The Nation’s capital is an adventuresome city for anyone to see and is home to a concentration of museums preserving America’s history for future generations to experience.

“In this temple as in the hearts of the people for whom he saved the union the memory of Abraham Lincoln is enshrined forever.”

The photographs in this post I captured with Nikon’s D3200 and added the text with Photoshop.
Enjoy My Families Trip to D.C!
